Stream 2021 Trade Show to Connect Charlotte Region Manufacturers with Local Suppliers
North and South Carolina manufacturers in the Greater Charlotte region should register now to exhibit at Stream 2021, a virtual tradeshow dedicated to helping businesses connect to new local suppliers in the region.
The event, hosted by several local and state economic development partners, will be held Feb. 16-17. Registration to exhibit closes on Jan. 29. Deadline for attendee registration is Feb. 1.
Stream 2021’s focus on helping manufacturers network with nearby primary or secondary suppliers is particularly important at a time when COVID-19 has disrupted traditional supply chains.
Stream 2021 is meant to help businesses strengthen local supply chains for components and raw materials both upstream and downstream. Finding nearby suppliers helps companies improve logistics while contributing to the local and regional economy.
The event will allow manufacturers to conduct online meetings with potential buyers/suppliers; network with other Stream 2021 attendees through discussion forums and one-on-one or small-group video conversations; and hear from industry-leading speakers on topics relevant to Charlotte-area manufacturers.
This event’s founding partners include the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, Mecklenburg County, Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina, Iredell County Economic Development Corp., Catawba County Economic Development Corp., and the South Carolina Department of Commerce.
The participation fee is $325 for exhibitors and $125 for attendees. Visit the trade show website here for more information and to register.
